The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services provided by My Flower Delivey.ie Florist.
Please make sure you choose carefully as all products are sold with the customer’s right to cancel within the first 7 days of the placement of the order and / or the product is proven to have been damaged.
My Flower Delivey.ie return policy on goods that are damaged and accepted by My Flower Delivey.ie is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods at My Flower Delivey.ie discretion.
If the order has been cancelled within the first 7 days of order placement, the customer has the right to a full refund to the original credit card used in the transaction. All order cancelations must be made via telephone @ +353 (0) 74 9177740.
The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received and cleared by My Flower Delivey.ie. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by My Flower Delivey.ie. Submitting your Credit Card details with RBS Worldpay can be used as the method for payment before delivery.
My Flower Delivey.ie will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit as we use third party couriers. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by unclaimed goods or refused shipments. If a customer refuses to sign or accept the flowers then we have no option but to return them to our office. My Flower Delivery.ie will contact the customer should any event such as this arise. Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the goods. My Flower Delivey.ie will use its best efforts to ensure that delivery is timely but cannot be held liable for any delayed or lost goods as we use third party couriers.
All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm and the sender must ensure someone is at the address to receive the flowers or goods between these times. Unless previously requested, flowers or goods will be left at the recipient’s door, assuming it is safe to do so.
